Preparation instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices about 2 centimeters thick.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the banana slices until golden brown and tender, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the banana slices and mash them using a tostone utensil or the base of a glass.
- Fry the flattened banana slices again until crisp and golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
- Season with salt to taste.
- In the same pan, cook the cheese until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the tostones with the slices of Mucho Gusto Queso para Freír on top.
