Preparation instructions
- First, wash the meat and let it drain. Then, season it with basil, thyme, cumin and a cube of seasoning. Mix well and let sit for about 20 minutes.
- Fry the cheese cubes in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Then, form small portions of meat with a cheese cube in the center, shaping them into meatballs. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown and make sure to check their doneness before removing them.
