Preparation instructions
- Brown the corn tortillas in hot oil until crisp and toasted.
- Arrange the fried tortillas on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- On each tortilla, distribute a portion of ground beef, a tablespoon of pickled salad and a pinch of grated Mucho Gusto Queso Artesano.
- Optionally, add tomato sauce to taste on top.
- Serve immediately.
