Preparation instructions
- Cut the gordita tortillas in half, Salvadoran type, open them in half, place the filling that results from the mixture of mozzarella cheese with Mucho Gusto Queso Duro Blando con Loroco. Seal the dough and roll it out to create an omelet.
- Beat the eggs and dip the already filled omelette.
- Cook the tortillas in a hot skillet or griddle with a little oil, until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the freshly made omelets, accompanied by egg.
