Ingredients:

4 cups of mixed greens (romaine lettuce, baby spinach, and arugula)
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup of walnuts, lightly toasted
100 g of Mucho Gusto Queso Fresco, cut into cubes or slices
1 pear or apple, cut into cubes or thin slices

Preparation instructions

  • Wash and dry the green leaves, place them in a large salad bowl.
