Preparation instructions
- Put all the ingredients, except the banana leaves, in the blender. Mix well and add salt according to your preference.
- Heat a griddle or griddle. Place the banana leaves on top of it and pour in the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and serve with butter or queso fresco.
- Add the Mucho Gusto Crema Hondureña over the riguas according to your taste.
