Potato pancakes are delicious portions of mashed potatoes seasoned and fried to a crispy texture on the outside and soft on the inside. They are a classic side dish that goes perfectly with any meal or as a main course on their own.

Ingredients:

1 pound of potatoes
4 tablespoons of bread flour
1 egg
Salt
Oil
1/2 cup of Mucho Gusto Crema Salvadoreña

Preparation instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Once cooked, peel them and prepare a puree, adding egg and salt to taste. Form the pancakes with this mixture.
  3. Flour the pancakes and fry them in hot oil.
  • After draining them, serve the pancakes and accompany them with Mucho Gusto Crema Salvadoreña to taste.
