Preparation instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil and water, mixing them until you get a smooth and uniform dough.
- Form the dough into small balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- With the help of your hands, flatten the balls to form tortillas and cook them on a hot griddle on both sides. Remove from heat when they are done and set aside.
- In a pan with a little oil, cook the eggs, scrambling them until they are firm. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- In another skillet, brown the chorizo until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread beans over half of each tortilla, add Mucho Gusto Crema Hondureña, shredded cheese, scrambled egg, chorizo, and avocado to taste. Fold tortillas.
- Heat the tortillas in a skillet for one minute on each side.
- Serve and enjoy your dish.
