1 cup of Mucho Gusto Crema Hondureña
1 cup of shredded cheese
5 eggs
300 grams of chorizo

Preparation instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil and water, mixing them until you get a smooth and uniform dough.
  2. Form the dough into small balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.

  4. In a pan with a little oil, cook the eggs, scrambling them until they are firm. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  5. In another skillet, brown the chorizo until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Spread beans over half of each tortilla, add Mucho Gusto Crema Hondureña, shredded cheese, scrambled egg, chorizo, and avocado to taste. Fold tortillas.
  7. Heat the tortillas in a skillet for one minute on each side.
  8.  Serve and enjoy your dish.
