Preparation instructions
- Peel and cut the bananas into thin slices. Season with salt lightly on both sides. Pour a little oil into a pan and heat it.
- Carefully arrange each banana slice in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on a wire rack or absorbent paper.
- In a large frying pan, fry the onion in oil and then add the beans, tomato, pepper and garlic. Cook over low heat until heated through. Serve with the bananas.
- Chop the Mucho Gusto Queso Seco Frijolero top of the beans.
