Ingredients:

2 cups of mixed lettuce (you can use romaine lettuce, iceberg, spinach, and arugula)
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of black or green olives, pitted and sliced
1 cup of Mucho Gusto Queso Duro Viejo, shredded or in small cubes
1 avocado, diced (optional)
1/4 cup of toasted walnuts or almonds (optional)
