Preparation instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and olives.
- Add the avocado and toasted walnuts or almonds if desired.
- Sprinkle the grated or small-cubed Mucho Gusto Queso Duro Viejo over the salad.
