1 block of Mucho Gusto Queso para Freír
Vegetable oil for frying
Lemon wedges (optional)

Preparation instructions

  1. Cut the Mucho Gusto Queso para Freír into thick slices about 1 cm thick.
  2. Heat enough oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the cheese slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the cheese from the pan and place it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  5. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side if desired
